In the often overcrowded area of Navigli, Locanda Greca was established in the Seventies when there were just a couple of ethnic restaurants around. Their tzatziki (a mousse made from yoghurt, garlic and cucumber) or moussaka (meat, aubergines and tomato) have been introducing a young mix of hippy and "lefty" crowds to the pleasures of Hellenic cooking since 1977. There's a nice garden for summer, but be aware of the mosquitoes. Good cost/quality ratio and usually no need to book.
