Despite the well known rivalry between the two capitals of Italy, the Milanese have recently been conquered by this (the only one in town) trattoria Romana. Long queues along the sidewalk will show you the way to Pane e Ojo entrance (Bread and Oil in Roman slang). But remember to book well in advance, then prepare to experience all the classic dishes of Eternal City: pappardelle, abbacchio (lamb) etc. Reasonable prices.
