Run by nearly everyone in the family, led by Mamma Angela this trattoria keeps the tradition of the rich, authentic cuisine of Puglia, alive. The restaurant is welcoming, simple and friendly with waiters who joyfully pass by the tables and give you plenty of advice on what to choose. You will find all the traditional recipes here: tiella, rice with potatoes and mussels, troccoli with octopus sauce, ciccatelli with beans and mussels. There are of course plenty of home-made orecchiete. Wines are from Puglia and the desserts are home-made.
