Timber church built in 1729
Seglora kyrka is a timber church, built in Västergötland in 1729-30. In 1916 it was moved to its present place at Skansen in Stockholm. South of the sanctuary is a smaller building. The steep saddle roof is covered with shingles. In 1785 the west tower was built, and three years later the vestry. The walls inside the church are covered with paintings dating from 1734-35, by Sven Wernberg. A painting in Neo-Classical style decorates the wall behind the altar. The benches and the gallery date from when the church was built. Services are held every Sunday at 11am.
