Sofia kyrka, built 1902-06 at the top of Vita Bergen, has a stunning view over Stockholm. The church got its present look in 1948-51, when it was restored. A further altar was built, closer to the centre of the church, and the benches were changed so that now the visitors face the new altar. The latest restoration of the interior was carried out in 1982-83, and included limestone painting in white and beige according to the oldest colours. The stained-glass work is by Olle Hertzberg.
Morning services are held every Sunday at 11am, and evening services every Thursday at 6.30pm.
