Stockholm
Stockholm's mosque
This mosque is located in a building that dates from the nineteenth century, designed by famous Ferdinand Boberg. The decorations and the tiles have a lot in common with Islamic architecture elsewhere. The 5000m2 building is supposed not only to be a mosque, but it is also going to be a cultural centre with library, café, shop, training and youth centre. The top floor houses the Swedish Muslim council and the administration.
