Loud and Clear™ tours feature the use of lightweight, portable headsets that allow travelers to step up to 60-feet away from their group while still tuning into their guide. This feature is currently offered on all tours that visit Rome, Florence, Venice and Versailles.

And because Grand European Tours is in constant communication with our customers, we are able to use their feedback and comments to adjust our tours and offerings; sometimes even mid-season if needed. Worry-free travel

Traveling abroad is often a major investment and Grand European Tours works to safeguard our customers. All trips are backed by a $20 million letter of credit lodged with First Horizons Merchant Services that underwrites all Visa and MasterCard credit card transactions placed directly with Grand European Tours. An additional $1 million consumer protection plan (through parent company TravCorp.) is also held with the United States Tour Operators Association.

Unconditional guarantee

Grand European Tours pioneered the concept of an unconditional price guarantee over 30 years ago. Today this policy remains unchanged; after paying the $350 deposit for a tour, the price is guaranteed. If the cost of the airline ticket goes up, fuel surcharges and Government taxes increase or exchange rates fluctuate, Grand European Tours covers the increases.
