In 11-days experience all of the Highlights of Spain. Fly into Madrid, Spain’s capital city, before heading to intriguing Barcelona. See the cathedral and the Gothic quarter, explore open-air markets along the Ramblas and admire Gaudi’s unfinished creation, the Sagrada Familia. Follow the Costa Dorada south to Peniscola to see the white-walled cottages used in El Cid. Continue on to Valancia and see the City Gates of Sarranos and Cuarte, the Palace and the Cathedral. Next stop is Granada to visit the remarkable Alhambra fortress. Admire the Moorish architecture, the water gardens of the Generalife, and the exquisitely carved stone “lace”.

Upon arrival in Seville you will understand why it is called the most beautiful city in Spain. Visit the massive Cathedral to see Christopher Columbus’ tomb, see the Alcazar and tour the fashionable Santa Cruz quarter. Take some time to wander the narrow streets and perhaps enjoy a flamenco show. On your way back to Madrid stop in Cordoba to see the famous Mezquita and 2000-year old bridge. Once back in Madrid visit the Prado Museum and see the Plaza de Espana, Cibeles Fountain and the Parliament buildings. On your last night enjoy tapas in one of Madrid’s’ many beautiful squares and reminisce about all you’ve seen.

Stay in our selection of European First Class accommodations and enjoy 13 meals including 9 Buffet Breakfasts, 3 Three-Course Dinners with tea and coffee and 1 Dine-Around Dinner.
