Costsaver Tours in UK, Europe & Morocco (excluding London*)

Enjoy complimentary transfers on the first and last days of your tour. If your flight times do not coincide with the transfer times, you can choose to purchase a private transfer through GET. To book your transfer(s), please contact us and provide your flight information no less than 21 days before departure.

Costsaver Tours in North America

While we don't generally cover transfers here, we'll provide plenty of private and public transport options in your guest documents so that you can plan. Be sure to check your trip itinerary, too, as some tours end with a travel day that includes an airport drop-off.

For selected cities, we offer an option to purchase private transfers on your tour start and end dates. Please check at the time of booking.

If you arrive earlier or leave later than your scheduled itinerary dates, you can purchase your transfer from GET, provided you’ve also bought your extra hotel night(s) through us.

Costsaver Tours in Asia, Latin America, Eastern Mediterranean & Africa

Enjoy complimentary airport transfers on your guided tour's starting and ending days. Flights must arrive and depart on the first and last days of your tour itinerary, and transfers can be arranged when you book your flights. Or, you can add your transfer(s) to your booking at a later time - contact GET to provide your flight info no less than 21 days before your departure. In your guest documents, we’ll share details on where to meet your transfer and any important contact details.

*Airport Transfers in London

When traveling to London, transfers are chargeable from London Heathrow and London Gatwick Airport to your Trafalgar hotel unless you have booked air travel through GET, in which case complimentary transfers are available from London Heathrow. You will find specific joining instructions for locating an Airport Host or Travel Director at the scheduled transfer times in your travel documents. If you’re flying into London Gatwick, we recommend the Gatwick Express, which will get you to the city via London Victoria Station. This can be booked in advance on the Gatwick Express website or on arrival.

2. Guests must provide their flight info to GET no less than 21 days before departure to guarantee their transfer.
3. GET and Costsaver are unable to provide refunds if you miss your transfer for any reason or for passengers who choose not to use their pre-booked transfer.
4. GET and Costsaver are not responsible if any unforeseen events (such as road or rail works, strikes, or demonstrations) delay or cancel your transfer.
