With more than two decades of working with us, Dave’s knowledge and experience put every guest at ease. “I want to make it easy and fun for you to enjoy the travel experience of a lifetime – whether it’s your first trip to Europe or your 30th,” Dave says.
He starts by getting to know you personally. “I want to get an idea of what you’re most interested in and what’s the #1 destination you want to visit.” If you’re more adventurous, Dave may recommend the Best of Egypt 9-day vacation or the Wonders of Turkey journey where East meets West.
To experience warm hospitality and unique cultural history, Dave often recommends the Balkan Delight 12-day Trafalgar tour. You’ll join the Muhoberac family for a traditional Be My Guest meal in the village their ancestors have lived in for over 500 years.
If you want to pack plenty of sites and sightseeing into a single vacation, Dave has three great choices: European Whirl starts in London and includes six European countries; European Traveler includes London, Paris, Venice, Florence, and Rome; CostSaver’s Glimpse of Europe takes you to five countries, with plenty of free time to explore Paris, Lucerne, Amsterdam, and more.
No matter what you choose as your next destination, Dave will reassure you that The Travel Corporation family is there to take good care of you. “When you travel on one of our guided vacations, you always have a safety net. There is always someone there to help you, no matter what you need.”
Dave believes that travel is one of the best experiences anyone can have, which is why he has a few tips for all of the guests he talks to:
- Always travel with an open mind. Be open to new experiences and new people.
- Respect your fellow travelers and the people you will meet along your journey. A little kindness goes a long way.
- Share your passion and excitement with others. Joy is contagious.
Dave's Top Trips
The Algarve, Portugal’s southernmost region, is known for its Atlantic beaches and golf resorts. Whitewashed fishing villages on low cliffs overlooking sandy coves were transformed in the 1960s, and now its central coast between Lagos and Faro is lined with villas, hotels, bars, and restaurants.
The Ring of Kerry is a scenic drive around the Peninsula in southwest Ireland. Its 111-mile-long circular route takes you along the rugged and verdant coastal landscapes and rural seaside villages. Ireland is just beautiful with its lush landscapes.
Iceland is defined by its dramatic landscape with volcanoes, geysers, hot springs and lava fields. It has massive glaciers and is home to the National and Saga museums, tracing Iceland’s Viking history. I hope to see the Northern Lights.
I'd like to climb Machu Picchu and see the iconic hilltop ruins of a large 15th-century Inca city featuring numerous structures & terraces.
Edinburgh Castle is one place I want to visit with its historic fortress that dominates the skyline of the city of Edinburgh, Scotland!
