Dee wears two hats with us – managing our Air Travel Department as well as Guest Relations. Leveraging her background as an airline consolidator, Dee works with our Air Specialists to make sure all the arrangements are in place to get in the right seats, on the right flights, to the right departure city for your vacation. “My team and I make sure all you have to do it arrive at the gate,” Dee says.
“We really step up and do everything we can to make travel seamless for our guests.” Many times, that includes keeping a watch on the weather. “When a hurricane was approaching the Carolinas, we knew one of our guest’s outgoing flight was likely to be canceled. We stepped in, talked with her, and were able to find options get her out before the storm hit.”
Dee is also our go-to manager for your compliments, or complaints, about anything that happens while you are vacationing with one of The Travel Company’s brands. She reads every email, responds to every call, and keeps a close watch of guest reviews on Feefo, the global ratings and reviews provider we use to collect and manage guest comments.
