In response to the changing world we’ve elevated our wellbeing protocols and also offer you flexible and risk-free booking terms. What hasn’t changed, is the fact that you’ll still enjoy the same ease of having everything taken care of, combined with the rich and unique local travel experiences.
Is it ok to travel?
Our wellbeing travel protocol, defined by our experienced team and endorsed by the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) safe travels stamp, gives you the peace of mind to discover the world and enjoy your trip, knowing you are in good hands, where we have taken care of your wellbeing and the trip’s details.
Where and when can I go?
We have over 300 trips scheduled to choose from throughout 2021. Simply let one of our expert team members help you choose the right one for you. Call or request a quote on any of our departures around the world and let us help guide you to what and where would work best for you.
What happens if something changes or I change my mind?
Thanks to our risk-free and flexible booking terms, you can reserve any guided vacation with a low deposit. If you change your mind within 30 days of deposit, we'll offer you a full refund. Plus enjoy the flexibility to change your plans up to 30 days before departure.

How will I stay well while traveling?
Your wellbeing is our priority. Our distancing and hygiene protocol, which includes your dedicated always-on support team, means you can travel with complete ease and peace of mind.
What support will there be on the trip?
You’ll have an always-on support team made up of your Expert Travel Director, Driver and behind the scenes operations and guests support team. Plus, when traveling on trips of more than 20 guests (excluding in Australia and New Zealand and trips operated by Costsaver), there will be a dedicated Wellbeing Director on hand to further support your Travel Director in monitoring compliance and guest wellbeing.
Will the attractions and sites I want to see be open and will I have a good time?
We carefully plan our trips to ensure you enjoy the best experiences in the places you go to. Our team, both behind the scenes and on the ground, remains up to date and will optimize and pivot your itinerary to ensure you get the most out of your trip and enjoy the same rich, fun GET experience.
What if I or a fellow traveler get sick?
Should an incident arise on the trip, 24/7 protocols are in place. We will assist and direct distancing, local medic support, and testing. We will liaise with local authorities to follow directives, which will vary across countries, and support you every step of the way. We will operate all trips in 2021 with a number of empty seats to ensure that we always allow for appropriate extra physical distancing.
What if borders close while I am abroad?
Our team is always up to date and continue to adjust to the changing regulations from health authorities and local governments. They will make changes behind the scenes so you are able to enjoy your trip, even when things change.

Guided Vacations Temporary Change Policy For new bookings made on Guided Vacations until further notice, we have temporarily changed the terms of our change/cancellation policy to give you more time to make decisions about your future travel plans without worrying about increasing penalties.
Effective immediately and until further notice, we are temporarily offering a waiver for the change penalty until 30 days prior to departure should guests wish to change their dates or travel to a different destination. This applies to land bookings only and does not apply to European trips that include Oberammergau or group bookings. This penalty waiver allows you to change the destination and/or trip you are traveling on. If you choose a trip or departure that is more expensive than the original, you are responsible for the difference in price; if the trip or departure is less expensive than the original, a future travel credit will be issued for the difference. Normal penalties apply for full cancellation without re-booking or cancellations within 30 days of departure. Please note, airlines may impose different change policies, and if you declined travel insurance, you are responsible for any airline cancellation penalties. Temporary changes to standard terms and conditions apply to new Guided Vacation bookings until further notice and may be removed at any time. Other conditions apply.
