GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Gift Certificates must be purchased from, and redeemed by Grand European Travel for the U.S. dollar value shown on the face of the Gift Certificate.

2. Certificate may be used only as a form of payment toward a land tour reservation made directly with Grand European Travel. Bonus On-Trip credit be can only be redeemed as payment towards Optional Excursions that must be booked and paid for upon arrival at your destination directly with your Travel Director.

3. Certificate value may only be applied toward the land tour base fare only and cannot be used toward payment of the required initial deposit, pre-post accommodation, pre-paid gratuities or travel insurance. The initial deposit must be paid in USD (by credit card) at the time of booking.

4. The recipient of a Travel Certificate must be 21 years of age or older.

5. There are no blackout dates and no restrictions as to the land tour however, all reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.

6. Certificate may not be applied to a reservation within a group or custom group program.

7. Multiple certificates may be applied toward the land tour base fare of the same reservation. Remaining balances due may be paid with credit card.

8. Once the reservation has been made, Grand European Travel’s normal policies regarding cancellation, changes, and deadlines for the payment of deposits and all other payments, shall apply.

9. Certificate is transferable only by gift and bears no expiration date.

10. Certificate is nonrefundable, has no cash value, and will be not replaced if lost, stolen or if the reservation is cancelled.

11. Certificate shall be void where prohibited or restricted by law and if sold for cash or other consideration.

12. Booking Conditions. All passengers must agree to the Booking Conditions (copies of which are available online at www.GETours.com) as a condition traveling.

13. Grand European Travel’s other policies and terms and conditions apply. 

REDEMPTION INSTRUCTIONS:
To book your Grand European Travel vacation and redeem your gift certificate call 1-877-622-9109 and advise booking agent of your Certificate Number.

After making your land tour or river cruise reservation, email a copy of your Gift Certificate to GiftCertificateRedemption@GETours.com *You will receive a notification via email once certificate(s) have been applied to your reservation.
