Received great service and representative found best deals/specials. Airplane seats were disappointment and would want to get seat choices earlier, probably will get our own air tickets next time. Will most likely use GET for next trip.
Bon. Voyage was refurbished ship so staff only had one cruise before ours and there were minor problems to take care of but thought refurbished ship might have made staterooms a little larger, especially the one closet which had wooden hangers that did not fit, could have used smaller hangers for that closet as this was an issue on all the Uniworld ships we have been on. Also Occitane products were advertised in literature but was not in bathroom and had to request them, thought this was misleading.

Jake worked miracles to put this wonderful river cruise together for us in two days when our Rhine river cruise was canceled due to lack of water. We are loyal customers from now on and will always ask them first to handle our future travel plans.
Response from Grand European Travel:

After being told our original river cruise was being canceled, GET worked miracles to find us another river cruise we could take at the time our other cruise was to depart. This was important since I still work and taking planned time off at the busiest time of my business was not easy so rebooking for a later time would have been impossible. We were thrilled at the service by GET to get us back on track to have a wonderful vacation. Can't sing their praises loud enough, they were great!

This was a wonderful cruise in a beautiful part of France. Loved the countryside, the wines and the experience of getting out into French life. All tours were excellent and well though out and tour guides were very knowledgeable.
