Service
All arrangements worked well, with one hitch in changing flights, where I had to act quickly to ensure getting seats.

Once the trip started the arrangements, accommodations, personnel, were all exception. A superb vacation.

Service
The trip was outstanding, but I was disappointed that there were not more of the tulip farms. The trip was advertised as "Holland and Belgium at Tulip Time", and essentially the tulips we saw were at Keukenhof Gardens.
Vacation
The service was truly outstanding, but I rated the cruise down because the bed could not be separated the least little bit. I had even called you company before the trip and was told that was possible. We were two singles traveling together and I did not enjoy the sleeping arrangement. The service, food, cleanliness, and everything else about the chip was at the highest level possible. The organization etc. was probably the best I have ever had. I especially appreciated visiting the American Cemetery in Holland Virginia FaY

Sorry to hear that the weather didn't cooperate for you and that some of the meals were not to your liking. It sounds like despite these issues, you were able to enjoy the cruise and the sights. Thank you for taking the time to share your comments Dee-Grand European Travel

Weather awful and no way predictible. Staff on board wonderful....food good but not exceptional as on my French cruise...Guess Dutch food is not exceptional? Loved the all inclusive feature..maybe it needs to be reinforced with no tipping notes in the cabins or on the reception desk.
