Service
GET customer service was excellent------the vacation experience was bad ! The main venues for the trip were skiped because of incompetance of Insight London office. The product we paid for, almost one year in advance, was not delivered as noted in advertising!!! A case of chasing the money/an overloaded tour of 38 participants!! The result ---an art tour became yet another sight-seeing tour.
Response from Grand European Travel:
We are very sorry to hear about your disappointment. This tour does have a mix of sightseeing and entry into several world renowned museums to view pieces of history's most famous and beautiful artwork. Nevertheless, it sounds like this did not meet your expectations and for that we are truly sorry.
