I booked two couples with Barb Gardner and she worked with us to insure everything was taken care of. She responded quickly to our emails doing a great job.
Sarah Jefferson did a great job taking care of everything. She was entertaining and very friendly. Her afternoon treats were well thought out. Our driver did a great job and was very helpful to everyone.

Travel Specialist, Lauren Vejar, sent emails and kept us on track every step of the way.
For our first trip to Scotland this was definitely the best. We were fortunate to have good weather most of the time. Of course we couldn't stay everywhere as long as we would like. But we have great ideas now for our next trip. I cannot say enough good things about our guide, Deanne Monaghan. She was wonderful! And our coach driver, Kevin, had amazing skills maneuvering that huge vehicle through some tight spots. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who has not already been to Scotland.

The agent couldn't give us assigned seating so we booked our own airfare. Other than that, polite.
Response from Grand European Travel:
It appears you were booked on American who does offer seating but only in the back of the plane. this is an airline restriction that GET has no control over. We are happy you were able to book the seats you preferred directly.

We actually travelled with a company called Trafalgar and it was fantastic. We arrived at the hotel and made it in time for the "get to know one another" dinner at a museum. It was fantastic! I was unaware that you were going to hook us up with another company but it worked out fine. The driver and guide were exceptional!

Rob Rainwater was quite responsive and guided us well through the experience.
Learned that I am not that fond of group travel and would prefer to tour on my own time schedule.
Response from Grand European Travel:
We are sorry to hear that. We wish you happy travels in the future.

We liked the tour director Malcolm. The driver Nigel was amazing--narrow roads navigated so well. We plan to go back to Scotland some other time.
The Highland hotel, Carrbridge, was not up to the standards that we expected from Trafalgar.

The agent Barbara is great. She’s really knowledgeable and friendly.
The trip was very good. However the we didn’t get to experience Glasgow at all, arriving late and only went out to a dinner in town and the next day we were out all day. Would of liked to seen Glasgow.

The tour guide Simone Maclennan and driver Nigel Cook made the trip very enjoyable and would travel with them again. The different places were what we wee looking for in Scotland.
We had gotten to see places that the other tour did not go last year.
