Michelle Gumringer @ Grand European Travel Michelle is extremely detail oriented and has made booking travel with her very assuring and positive.
The trip was extremely active and 6 to 8 hours were spent on the bus on many days. Tour guide was knowledgeable but played favoritism with some guests. Once he received a generous tip for me he spoke to me in a very condescending manner.
Response from Grand European Travel:
We appreciate you brining this to our attention and will address it with Travel Director team immediately. We hope this did not affect your enjoyment of the trip overall.
