Customer service and responses to needs was stellar. They booked airlines; changed our dates of travel due to covid three times (Yikes!) and took care of any other issues we had with great care and timely responses

Vacation
Guide and tour was excellent. Packed so much into the overall plan and we felt like we got just what we wanted. Hotels were not the best ever and we had to share a double bed a couple of times - that's not for us. Hotels really need a refresh at the very least. A couple were fine, but the others not so much. Excursions were really great, but we found that doing all of them was a bit too much, so had to cut back on a couple of the evening dinners as we really needed to rest.
