Maybe, but Insight tours were over priced for what we received
Days too long, poor demonstration stop for ceramics, final meal poor due to environment making it impossible for a hearing impaired person to participate
Response from Grand European Travel:
We are so sorry to hear this. We will be sure to share you comments with Insight Vacations and ask for immediate review and improvement. Thank you for brining this to our attention.

This was my first trip ever and "alone" to Europe (my choice being Greece). I was very anxious, not knowing what to expect. My anxiety escalated at the airport as I was informed my flight was cancelled. After all was said and done , I was rerouted and arrived in Greece only 30 min later than my scheduled time. from that point on, my trip became an awesome Greek-inspired dream. I was treated singularly, not just "part of the tour group". Moraig (tour director) with Insight Vacations was phenomenal- informative, personable, attentive to everyone's safety and needs, and always with a little surprise or "flourish" as she called it. Mia and Fiona from I.V. accompanied our tour also and added to the fun and friendliness of our days. Dimitri, our driver was excellent in maneuvering the winding mtn roads ( I needed that comfort with my fear of heights!) Meals were delicious and plentiful and hotel accommodations more than I expected. I rate this trip an A+. Thanks for the beautiful memories I now hold.
I chose not to go with the most economical deal, and am glad I didn't. All accommodations of the tour were well above average. I was made to feel special!

Tour director and driver excellent so as UNESCO site, transfers and picked from airport and to airport on time. Need more optional tour. Wine tasting is the only optional tour we had, in the whole 7 days . It should be 5 day tour instead of 7 day tour cause 2 days were lost in traveling. Santorini and Crete should be included in the tour.
It says 7 day tour but actually it is only 5 day tour . 2 days for traveling.

We were a little nervous about this trip because of their financial crises at first but, were pleasantly surprised. The people were wonderful, the food was great! Our tour guide and the driver were awesome. I was a little disappointed with the service in some hotels.

This was our 7th trip and one of the best ones so far. The hotels were 5 star, the food and wine was so good, and our tour guide was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Our bus driver was very professional and the couch was clean and he went out of his way to help.

Your preparation and information before departure was great! We had no problems at all.
This is my 7th trip to Greece. I am a Greek-American and speak Greek fluently. I brought my grandkids (18 yrs old) to see their heritage. Every archeological stop was interesting although at times the local Greek guides had too much to say. Our people were not that interested in minute details.
