After dealing with two agents who left GET we had a very positive experience with Tess who was able to answer any and all questions that we had.
Vacation
This was our first Cost Saver experience and our 6th GET/Trafalgar tour. it was a Cost Saver so we expected hotel locations to be away from city centers and they were. The hotels were fine and the meals when provided were great. Some of the extras that a GET or Trafalgar tour provided were not there. If the optional excursions were not booked a person could be left to fend for themselves in a city center with no way to get back to the hotel or would have no place to go to until our bus picked them up some hours later and then to move on to a different city. Our trip was to Scandinavia so we spent lots of time on the bus enjoying the beautiful scenery. The places we stopped at were all very interesting and or beautiful. Our group leader was David who did a fabulous job of keeping us informed and on time. David 's good humor and patience made the trip very worthwhile and a wonderful experience.
