I received the catalog and looked thorough it and selected a vacation package. I called to book it. Overall the trip matched what was offered. However, I did ask for a single so I could have my own room and they said that was not an option. Other people on the tour did have their own room however so that was disappointing.
Over all the trip was fun. It was fast paced and we didn't' really get to stay in one place for too long but I did have fun

Answered my pre-trip questions either through mailed into package or online chat service. Michelle was very helpful throughout booking process.
Well organized. Tour director Marco was excellent. However, disappointed that some of the activities included in the tour description was not entirely what I thought they would be. Also, Lido hotel was cramped with mold on the bathroom wall and a bed too short for me (6'1"). Finally, "not to be missed" activities (e.g., Venice canal excursion and Murano tour) should be included in the base package even though the tour price may be somewhat higher. Seemed like highlights were only available for an extra, optional cost.

Booking the trip went well. Yes I would recommend GET!
Some of the hotel rooms were too small. A few of the local specialists could have done a better job. We had hoped to see the David statue on the extra experience but did not as tickets were not available. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip!
Response from Grand European Travel:
We are sorry for that disappointment and will share your comments with Trafalgar. Thank you!
