Everything was handled very professionally and courteously from start to finish. Reservations, connections between airports-hotels-shuttling services went very smoothly. All of the sites visited and tours provided exceeded exception. We'll be sure to make use of your services again in the not-too-distant future.
All of the sites visited were educational, enriching, and, simply stated, a lot of fun to explore. Our trip to Alaska (our first) exceeded our expectations 100%.

I had a number of very poor experiences with GET while booking this trip. I made 2 or 3 calls to ask questions and got bad information or no help at all. I will not book thru GET again.
Response from Grand European Travel:

Booking: I requested room with two beds but there was only one large bed in first hotel which was resolved by tour director. Otherwise booking experience was good.
Great tour director. Equally great bus driver. Had very good time.

Responsive, efficient, organized & detailed with my inquiries, billing & follow-up with timely provision of travel documents.
This tour fully encompassed all aspects of comfortable travel (coach & train + cruise option) that fit my expectations to see/explore the diversity of Alaska's environment, locations, economic contributions and terrain. Experiences, descriptions, and stories provided by local tour guide, Debbie, allowed me to be fully immersed in the history, culture and day-to-day life of persons living and working in Alaska. Bus driver, Maurice, stressed safety & was gracious in providing an inviting and safe riding experience. The dome train experience was phenomenal, enhanced by stories & descriptions of area by the local train guide & our local tour guide, as well as the ideal weather day that was clear & sunny and allowed us to see the summit of Denali at every turn. Upon completing this tour I had a greater appreciation of the beauty, diversity and unpredictability of Alaska's environment; the resiliency and adaptations necessary to live in our 49th state; and the influence of historical and cultural beliefs and values on day-to-day life. I thoroughly enjoyed exploring individual towns with allotted time on my own, and tour options, with thorough descriptions by tour guide so I could make an informed decision.

Well done tour of Alaska. We like tours that are educational and this one was. It was full of adventure and excitement. There were wonderful options to customize our trip and we took advantage of them. Our tour guide and driver were excellent and had intimate knowledge of Alaska and call Alaska their home. We feel privileged to come away with an understanding of Alaska, its people, its history, and its truly awesome natural beauty.

The price of the trip was good, however some of the excursions were a bit pricey, so we could only do a couple of them.

We had excellent service from the lady who helped us. We had to change our daughter,s reservation to our granddaughter when our daughter passed away. we have traveled with you since 1999.
The tour was very good but we had problems t the hotels. You need to tell people that denali is a hotel not the park . Also the bus tour should be part of the tour not 95 dollars extra . This is the only suggestion I would have to improve the tour . Our guide and driver were excellent.
