Yes, I would use GET again. This trip was postponed due to Covid, and GET kept me on Trafalgar, and it was an excellent tour.
Response from Grand European Travel:
We are so happy to hear you enjoyed your trip to Prague, Vienna and Budapest. Thanks for sticking with us through the pandemic. It sounds like the wait was worth it! We appreciate your review and feedback.

Trafalgar tour was excellent. Tour guide was excellent. Meals were very good. Lots of wine with meals. I had two hospital trips, and tour guide and wellness person went with me to help. Driver was also good and friendly. Hotels were first class. GET got me good airline reservations from Dulles. Flights were on time and no lost luggage. I don't know how to put photos on computer. I'm old and techno challenged.

Welcoming social and supper was a disaster. Hotel changed plans at last minute and it turned into a disorganized mess. Plans should have been cemented down, type of drinks were not inclusive of simple beer, have meal at same hotel meeting room so introductions of tour guests could be made. Have enough paper itineraries for everyone. Enough chairs for people to sit down.
Response from Grand European Travel:
Thank you for your honest feedback. We do apologize for the shortcomings at the Welcome Reception and the condition of some of the hotels. We will be sharing your comments with Trafalgar's quality control team so they can take a closer look.

The hotels in Prague and Vienna were less than great. Small, shower head kept falling off holder, shower flooded bathroom, no bath tub in Vienna, Metal plug in Vienna didn’t work. Hotel luggage workers were not careful with luggage as they ran into wall and laughed as stacked luggage on cart fell to floor. Meals were not that great in Prague and Vienna— including the fly in my wine. Budapest was awesome. I would rather spend more for vacation deal and have great food! Better explainaton of how to get around by train, taxi, etc would have been helpful.n

Just some little things that I noticed thru the trip, lowered the rating for 5 to 4 stars. Checking in to the hotel in Prague, the schedule had not been posted and the hotel desk staff gave out the wrong info about the welcome dinner, I almost missed it. In Vienna, the hotel shower stall was about the size of a phone booth, and as a big and tall man, made that process a bit confining. And in Budapest, the hotel elevators were the slowest ones I'd seen in a long time, due to one of three being down for parts of each day, and the number of other tour groups in the hotel. Stairs became the best option when not moving luggage. And, it would be nice if someone could teach the Europeans that American breakfast buffets should include scrambled eggs cooked firm - not soupy. These are small pet peeves, the trip was great, but the little things tend to add up.
