Our tour guide, Larae, is the best there is. New tour guides should pair up with her to learn from the master. I have traveled for years, and she rates the top among all others.
Sceneries, esp. in Norway, is stunning.

First person I spoke to was Rob, who happily answered all my questions. I also liked the follow up emails letting me know about upcoming paperwork, etc to expect and to make sure I had taken care of necessities like registering and having all necessary visas, etc.
As wonderful the trip was, there were some unpleasant moments in the trip. In one hotel, I had no hot water, in another my room was over multiple carts full of dirty laundry and the noise coming from the laundry room was deafening. Since there was no a/c and I only had one window, I had to go to the front desk for another room. One of the excursions, “Danish traditions & canal cruise “ left a lot to be desired. Wandering by tiny houses and looking in windows followed by an awful dinner at a restaurant recently reopened for us. The canal cruise on a private boat was awful. Not only were th windows so dirty that you couldn’t see through them, but the person narrating the cruise was difficult to understand and was very sing song in speaking. A total waste of 56 EUR.The cruise on the fjords wonderful, seeing waterfalls and other scenery. The local specialist for the fabulous.North Zealand Riviera and Castle tour was snippy and would be talking long before we were all gathered together. We had an incredible driver and guide, and I particularly liked the local specialist we had for Stockholm discovery cruise. She was very approachable, informative, and was like a mother hen keeping track of all of us, which was very much appreciated. The old town dinner was lovely in a beautiful restaurant, and our farewell dinner was

The tour director and driver were excellent and the hotels were great. Most of the hotels were near the main attractions in the city we visited and staff were helpful and friendly.
The tour was easy to book and I made my own arrangements for air. Only complaint was that some of the optional excursions should be included in the base price.

I felt that a few of the optional excursions should have been included in the regular tours such as the visit to the farms. At times, the pacing was a bit much as we had to get up each morning so early and had some night excursions the night before. I would like to have some down time built into the day tours.
Beautiful scenery and hotel choices.

The Tour Guide was extraordinary; the itinerary was outstanding; and the scenery was fabulous. The hotels were okay (I'm not sure there were any better choices in the locations we were, and those locations were beautiful); and I liked the food (my wife was disappointed in the food - she's vegetarian and the choices were a bit limited for her).
I'm not sure of the question - are looking for my impression of value, or are you looking for the ease/difficulty in purchase or are you asking my overall view of the trip, or are you looking for something else. I cannot figure out what you are asking.
