Booking experienced was ok but not the travel
Hotels were not good and food was bad. Too much travelling wasted for only 5 hrs dive from Spain to Morocco and they spent all day traveling. It was a day wasted. In Morocco why did they took us to a market that was dirty and stinks??? What a waste of my day.

Communication from GET was good and questions were answered in a timely manner.
Would actually rate 4.5 stars. Everything ran very smoothly and was impressed with the Trafalgar Staff on their hard work to make real time changes as required by COVID. They did a great job keeping us on schedule and trying to make sure we saw everything we signed up for and even more. That was really appreciated. There is nothing that we were dissatisfied with but some things that could be enhanced a bit. These included just a couple of the dinners that were included seemed to be very generic food. Most of the included dinners were very good and did a great job of incorporating what was local to the area. Trying the local fare was an important experience for us on the trip. Visiting the Hilltownof Mijas from Costa del Sol in March, it was a little too quiet and nothing to see or do. It was a cute town but could have just driven through. This is only one small thing and the rest of the places we visited were awesome and great experiences. Also the shopping experience in Morocco was a little too funky for us. We knew a few items we would like to get as souvenirs but the haggling started at such crazy high prices it was not even worth it. Would have been good to go to a store that had price tags and not crazy prices. It was a lose/lose for them and us. Would have also liked to see street performers in Morocco. We could see them from afar but guide only showed us a few vendors and we left for the dinner. The Moroccan dinner was really good and a fun evening. Wished we were allowed to take pictures in the tours in Madrid on the last two days but that is not something Trafalgar can control. Just makes it easier to remember all the wonderful sights we saw. Nuno, our tour guide, went above and beyond many times with special local treats which we loved.

The GET agent was extremely helpful and friendly. This includes when booking "extras" to the basic trip such as airline tickets and additional hotel nights.
Having Trafalgar plan and organize all the logistical details made the trip way less stressful than if we tried to organize all the details ourselves. This includes pre-trip arrangements such as hotel stays, ground transportation, mid-trip airline flights, and admission tickets as well as countless details handled by the on-trip Trafalgar tour guides. This allowed us to just be where we needed to be at the appointed time and enjoy the sights. The descriptions and background information provided by the tour guided was also extremely helpful in enjoying the sights.
