I think they did a marvellous job and the Tour Guides and Local Experts were very informative and helpful. The BIG issue was the distance between bathroom stops and the crowds at each stop. Also, I suggest the Tour Guides have exact moneys to distribute to passengers who don't have the change. I found it extremely stressful trying to get change at various places and hurrying through turn stiles in time allotted. A petty cash box for such emergencies should be provided and no more than one hour between rest stops. Or, passengers should be made comfortable using the bus bathroom, if needed. We were told only for emergencies and everyone felt obliged to not use it.
see above. My criticism was due to the management of rest stops between locales. Very stressful and unsatisfactory.

We had a great trip. It was well organized, wonderful trip guide (Judith Surjan), 1st class accommodations, terrific supplemental excursions, just a wonderful experience. The bus was clean and comfortable. The driver (John) was very good, safe and courteous. The included meals and activities were also very good. The meals were largely to sample the "local cuisine", but included several wonderful special meals. The night with the Vienna House Orchestra was a real treat to top off a wonderful trip. My wife and I will certainly use Grand European Travel again.
See comments above for our thoughts son the purchase. Terrific!
