We were very happy with all the booking arraignments from GET.
Dorthy our agent did a wonderful job getting us to Our destinations!
She also answered all of our questions and concerns. She was very professional and friendly.
We enjoyed our trip to Sicily and Italy very much. Our tour guide Fabrizio, our bus driver , and the other people on the bus were great.
The historic places that we visited were amazing. The local guides helped us connect with the local customs and history of the areas.
Being able to touch the ancient buildings and view the art work of past centuries is and experience we will never forget.

My booking agents were very helpful and pleasant to work with.
Our tour guide, Fabrizio, was perfect - funny, compassionate, helpful. He even made us each an Easter card since we were away from home for the holiday. All of the other tourists were very friendly and I enjoyed learning a little about each - many were from Australia and Canada and only about 1/4 were from the US. I did all of the extra day excursions. It was very busy and required a bit of physical ability, but even with two mechanical knees, I kept up and slept well every night. The scenery is breath-taking, the architecture is exquisite, and everything I learned and saw will be with me forever. This is a trip I would be willing to do again.

Booking the trip was very easy and customer support was always available and very helpful answering questions. Communications were timely and easy to follow.
Overall trip was good. 10 days were a bit too long for this trip as the experiences each day were pretty much the same. Also would have preferred not eating so many dinners in hotel restaurants. Our tour leader, James, was very good communicating stories of the various areas.

The booking experience was exact to my requests fir needs and services. Arriving 2 days in advance, booking car service and an additional guest were correct and complete.
The Best of Ireland tour was exceptional in content, variety, educational activities, and overall program excellence. The level of detail in this experience is exceptional. Jane's Creegan as Tour Director has a wealth of knowledge and experience in showing off his country. This was my 3rd Trafalgar tour. The quality of my visit in the Emerald was truly memorable and special. I will return to Ireland. The personal attention to detail, was appreciated by the group. Clearly, we could have kept going! Hard to say goodbye.
