Fine, a few glitches with the airlines, making a refund for airfare necessary, were handled quickly and pleasantly.

All went well...bus, hotels, etc. The Glacier View experience was especially good, both in the hotel quality and the extra events provided. Many of us wished we had nametags and a more "together" dining experience the first couple of days. I know you have ecological reasons for the "no tags" policy, but it makes a HUGE difference in how fast you can learn names.

Maria dias and Max did a wonderful job with the group. Group was small and very manageable. It was hard to do justice to Spain in 8 days. The days were packed with overviews of cities, but more time would have been nice. There was so much more in valencia to explore, but we just got a blurry picture from the bus. Now we know for the next trip! As it was, we added 5 days to our trip; 2 extra days in Madrid and the solar eclipse in Burgos! Thank you Maria for helping us to the Max!

We saw many places on the tour. Some stops I would want to stay longer and one or two stops I wouldn’t have made. Our driver, Solo was safe & very skilled. Our guide was knowledgeable & quite entertaining.

Agent gave incorrect information about luggage and bottled water.

Disappointed in several aspects of trip. Hotels while nice were not close to town attractions or easy to find on our own. Optional Excursions were pushed to fill time but should have been included. Many of the excursions were overpriced meals and getting meals on our own was difficult in out of the way hotels. Tour price seemed high with so few meals included.

The Best of Britain is really the opportunity to Experience the Best of what Britain has to offer, The days and time on the bus can get long but worth every minute, this intensive, extensive and at times exhaustive itinerary has something to offer everyone, Good walking shoes are a must,!

I didn't feel the service was exceptional, whenever I called I spoke to a different person. However all of our questions were answered and assistance was given.

Great itinerary - we visited parts of Scotland that many people would miss on other tours. The trip felt personal, Jonny Fuller provided informative narratives, surprised us a few times with treats and asides, and made sure each one of us was comfortable. I realize it was a challenging time to visit Edinburgh (the Royal Tattoo and the Fringe Festival) but I don't think any one of us was overwhelmed. The Tattoo was an incredible treat I am pleased to have seen - I was actually on this tour so I could attend The World Competition in Glasgow at the end. I would highly recommend this tour!
