Daniel was very helpful and informative when we booked or trip. One traveler in our party had a lot of questions and he was very responsive.
We are a group of 4 friends who had never traveled together before. None of us had ever been on an organized tour. We had such a good time on this tour we were talking about planning another Trafalgar tour by the end of this one. The combination of good-spirited, fellow travelers, cultural exposure, outdoor experiences, meeting locals via the optional experiences, and the great tour guide/drivers made this a trip of a lifetime.

Arranging the trip was great. The Trafalgar tour guide to me, was less than to be desired. He kept disappearing at stops and was smoking when he got off bus..... Not to impressed with Andrew.

Very professional, very helpful. We got all the questions answered and our scheduling needs were all met very timely.
It was very good. The tour guide and driver were excellent. The choices for the tours were very good as well. We were quite pleased with the overall experience.
The administration to set up the tour was also top notch. We were pleased with the help Rob Rainwater provided to help us schedule everything with the tour.

Booking was at the last minute. The tour we wanted was already full. Our travel expert was very patient while we decided on the tour. We had a lot of questions and he was there to help us along the way.
The tour was so well put together. Our guide was amazing. I would highly recommend.

Booking experience was ok. We decided to do our own airfare, which opted us out of the transfer from the airport to the hotel. When I asked if we could still get the transfer at an additional cost, we were told it would be much cheaper to take other transportation. We decided to take the underground tube which was fairly cheap. Unfortunately when you are in a strange city we had no idea where to go when we left the underground station. The hotel directions seemed fairly simple, but it wasn't. We ended up asking around and it was a 5 to 10 minute walk to the hotel. We hired a car on the way back. Looking back I should have insisted that GET give an actual price for the transfer.
We have traveled with Trafalger before and have been happy with our previous 3 trips. However this tour falls completely short from to much time spent on the motor coach, 6 hours on a ferry across the Irish Sea to subpar hotel accommodations.
To much crammed into 8 days. Was wonderful seeing 5 countries, but....it put us on the motor coach for some long days.
The 1st, 2nd and last night our hotels were wonderful and very nice 4 star hotels. Not much I can say for the other nights. They were supposedly 4 star also, but I would take this with a grain of salt. The Address Hotel Connelly in Dublin seemed to be in a not good area of the city. We saw drug dealers doing their business from behind the hotel from our window.
For the price we paid I would not recommend this trip.
