Turkey Travel Update June 29:
Grand European Travel will continue to monitor the situation in Turkey closely following the tragic events that occurred in Ataturk International Airport yesterday evening. Our thoughts are with all those that have been impacted.
We can confirm that no Grand European Travel guests were in Istanbul at the time of these events.
All scheduled trips to Turkey continue to operate as normal. The safety and well-being of all our guests and team members is always our top priority. Our local partners on the ground will immediately modify our trips if required.
Guests who are currently booked on trips to Turkey, which depart in the next 60 days, who wish to either postpone their travel or to change it for an alternative destination, are welcome to contact us to review various alternatives to meet your travel needs. Further updates will be provided as necessary.
Brexit Update June 24:
Following the announcement of European referendum in the United Kingdom, we would like to reassure our passengers that our 2016 trips are all operating as scheduled. Until the UK officially leaves the EU, which is no sooner than in two years’ time, there will be no changes to your vacation arrangements. Travelers are as free to move between the UK and the EU as they were before the vote. We sincerely hope that you enjoy your travels with us in Europe this summer.
