Insight Vacations Tours in the UK, Europe (excluding London*)

Enjoy complimentary transfers on the first and last days of your tour. If your flight times do not coincide with the transfer times, you can choose to purchase a private transfer through GET. To book your transfer(s), contact us and provide your flight information no less than 21 days before departure.

Insight Vacations Tours in North America

Guests make their own arrangements for arrival transfers and departure transfers unless the last day is a travel day ending with an airport drop (see the itinerary for airport arrival times). You can choose to purchase a private transfer through GET. Guests should check at the time of booking if those are offered for the selected itinerary. To book your transfer(s), contact us and provide your flight information no less than 21 days before departure. Otherwise, guests will be provided local transfer options after booking so they can make their own arrangements.

Insight Vacations Tours in the Eastern Mediterranean & Latin America

Insight Vacations provides complimentary airport transfers in the Eastern Mediterranean and Latin America region at any time on the first and last day of the vacation or other days in conjunction with pre-and / or post-trip accommodation booked through GET. Flight times must be provided to GET at least twenty-one days before flight departure in the case of Eastern Mediterranean trips and fifty days for Latin America.

*Airport Transfers in London

When traveling to London, transfers are chargeable from London Heathrow and London Gatwick Airport to your Trafalgar hotel unless you have booked air travel through GET, in which case complimentary transfers are available from London Heathrow. You will find specific joining instructions for locating an Airport Host or Travel Director at the scheduled transfer times in your travel documents. If you’re flying into London Gatwick, we recommend the Gatwick Express, which will get you to the city via London Victoria Station. This can be booked in advance on the Gatwick Express website or on arrival.

1. To guarantee your transfer, you must provide detailed flight information no less than 21 days prior to departure. Once booked, transfers cannot be amended.
2. Transfer options are only available to and from hotels booked through GET.
3. If flight delays occur outside GET and Insight Vacations' control, the transfer(s) will be deemed canceled.
4. GET and Insight Vacations are not responsible if any unforeseen events (such as road or rail works, strikes, or demonstrations) delay or cancel your transfer.
5. GET and Insight Vacations are unable to provide refunds if you miss your transfer or for passengers who choose not to use their pre-booked transfer.
