Trafalgar Tours in UK, Europe & Morocco (excluding London*)

Enjoy complimentary transfers on the first and last days of your tour. If your flight times do not coincide with the transfer times, you can choose to purchase a private transfer through us. To book your transfer(s), contact us and provide your flight information no less than 21 days before departure.

Trafalgar Tours in North America

While we don't generally cover transfers here, we'll provide plenty of private and public transport options in your guest documents so that you can plan. Be sure to check your trip itinerary, too, as some tours end with a travel day that includes an airport drop-off.

For selected cities, we offer an option to purchase private transfers on your tour start and end dates. Please check at the time of booking.

If you arrive earlier or leave later than your scheduled itinerary dates, you can purchase your transfer from us, provided you’ve also bought your extra hotel night(s) through us.

Trafalgar Tours in Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Eastern Mediterranean & Africa (excluding Morocco)

Enjoy complimentary airport transfers on your guided tour's starting and ending days. If you travel outside the scheduled itinerary dates, complimentary airport transfers are still included, provided you’ve also bought your extra hotel night(s) through us.

Trafalgar Tours in Latin America

Enjoy complimentary transfers between designated airports and our hotels on the first and last days of your tour. If you arrive earlier or leave later than your scheduled itinerary dates, you can buy your transfer from GET, provided you’ve also bought your extra hotel night(s) through us.

*Airport Transfers in London

When traveling to London, transfers are chargeable from London Heathrow and London Gatwick Airport to your Trafalgar hotel unless you have booked air travel through GET, in which case complimentary transfers are available from London Heathrow. You will find specific joining instructions for locating an Airport Host or Travel Director at the scheduled transfer times in your travel documents. If you’re flying into London Gatwick, we recommend the Gatwick Express, which will get you to the city via London Victoria Station. This can be booked in advance on the Gatwick Express website or on arrival.

1. To guarantee your transfer, you must provide detailed flight information no less than 21 days prior to departure. Once booked, transfers cannot be amended.
2. Transfer options are only available to and from hotels booked through GET.
3. If flight delays occur outside of GET and Trafalgar’s control, the transfer(s) will be deemed canceled.
4. GET and Trafalgar are not responsible if any unforeseen events (such as road or rail works, strikes, or demonstrations) delay or cancel your transfer.
5. GET and Trafalgar are unable to provide refunds if you miss your transfer or for passengers who choose not to use their pre-booked transfer.
