Service
This was originally booked Nov 2019, then postponed twice due to COVID. I had a good experience with all of my re-scheduling phone calls and billing. Alyssa Rucker was efficient and helpful.
Vacation
Optional experiences, should have been included in the original tour cost. Not participating in the optionals means a lot of unscheduled time to 'explore' cities/locations on our own - but the optionals were often the major attraction of that stop (which why almost everyone on our tour signed up for most optionals.) Felt a little like 'nickel and diming' us.

Service
They did well with the rudiments of the trip. Where improvement can be found is in response time between the client and the agency, as well as "thinking outside of the box" with regards to anything the client requests. Don't say "We can't do that" until the inquiry is thoroughly reviewed with whomever needs to make those final decisions.
Response from Grand European Travel:
We do appreciate your insight and suggestions and are happy to see that you enjoyed the trip.
