All our questions were answered and she was helpful in booking our hotel extra days stay.
There was a lot of sightseeing that was included and plenty of free time to explore on our own. The optional sightseeing was excellent.

We had no problems booking our tour and our air travel. The London Explorer tour with options keep us on the go, but was worth it. Very nice hotel with great full breakfast included. Ellie Teasdale, our tour guide was exceptiional.
Great included tour, but taking advantage of options was really worth the extra expense. Really nice accomadations for hotel and included meals.

Booking was easy and the agents are knowledgeable.
It's fun and relaxing. Lots of free time to explore on your own. Tour Director was average and not very attentive.

All was done professionally and well.
Excellent well-located hotel with good optionals (although somewhat misleading as the Cotswolds, for example, were not really toured. Nor was Greenwich. Our young guide was quite inadequate in almost every respect but charm. He gave little advance info, little onsite info, especially Greenwich, led poorly, and, in general, was the worst guide we’ve ever had. Waaay too laid back.

The original flight was changed on April 2, 2019 to arrive later in London with my approval, however, upon our arrival the agent for Trafalgar was not there. We did hook up with her later and she was unaware that the flight was changed. She did obtain a taxi for us to the hotel. Other than that the trip was great.
        Response from Grand European Travel:
We apologize for the misunderstanding and frustration caused by your flight delay. We do communicate all flights changes to our London office, but apologize that this one did not seem to get to the right people. We are happy that you enjoyed London despite the rocky start to the trip.

Everything was excellent. Alyssa was the perfect person, professional and very knowledge on her field. I am very happy with everything she did. As a matter of fact I am asking her to help me with my next vacation in 2020.
From the moment we got to London to the day we returned, we were completely taken care of. Transportation to and from the hotel, all the tours, the guides were the most professional people. We had a great time and we fell like we saw everything we had to in London.

My trip was excellent. I had the same airplane seat going afor each day in thend coming back. However, I think that I will get the aisle seats in the premium economy. The airport transportation from and to the airports were fine with very friendly drivers. The hotel was located in a great location. It was easy to get buses and the Tube. The breakfast and services was great. The Guides were friendly and knowledgeable. The tour bus was very clean and comfortable with friendly and kind drivers. The weather was very decent with no rain. The other travelers were nice and friendly. The descriptions in the GET for each day were accuracy. I enjoyed this trip. Each day, our guides gave us the time for each morning activities and early evening for dinner. They made sure that we all were accountable before leaving.
It was a great trip and the weather was better than I expected it to be. My hotel room was fine. The guides were great and beside the main guides, we had other guides that know more about certain parts of the sightseeing.. The tour bus was clean, nice, and comfortable. The length at each place was enough time. The Cream Tea was great, and the dinners were fine and I had choices for each dinner.

GET made the trip easy to book, with airfare at a good price. The trip was very well organized.
Trafalger was excellent. The tour director, Anthony Perry, made the trip so pleasant. He is smart, energetic, patient and funny. Everything went smoothly, thanks to him. The schedule was good and varied. One negative, however, was the hotel, the Cumberland. We arrived early in the morning, and we were dead tired, but we could not check into the room until late afternoon. We did not know when a room would be ready, as the hotel could not say, but we waited in the lobby all day, as we wanted to freshen up before doing any sightseeing. The hotel kept telling us it should be soon that our room would be ready, but it was not. It was such a waste of the entire day. Our room was a disappointment and barely adequate.
