Allysa was helpful especially during the pandemic. However, I didn't think we received the service I had received on another trip. We had to make our own arrangements to get from Banff to the airport in Calgary due to early flights. They told us they would reimburse us after the trip. Also, the other guests on the trip were going on the Rocky Mountaineer train back to Vancouver and we were never offered that. Might have saved us some airfare to fly in and out of the same airport. Also, I didn't understand why I had to pay more to fly directly from Calgary to Dallas.

I love being in Canada, especially after the hot summer we've had at home. IT's very beautiful and I especially love the Canadian Rockies. The only thing I would change is having more time in the Rockies. I really enjoyed the trip and meeting all the wonderful other guests. Made some wonderful friends and did get a bucket list item off my list which was the helicopter ride. Highlight of the trip along with seeing the whales.

Our vacation was great! The scenery was beautiful. Our guide took care of us like a mother hen. I think, in some cases, went above and beyond. Our accomodations were very nice and food very good. We had some very memorable experiences and met some great people.

Our travel specialist was Ms. Kaitlin Fitzpatrick. She was wonderful. She fully explained the trip to us, was a great help with our airline tickets and stayed in touch with us for months prior to the trip to make sure we understood everything and answered any questions we had.

The tour guide was excellent. Very informative with a great sense of humor. There was never a lull during the trip. We were shown all the highlights of the Canadian Rockies. All the accommodations were excellent. Great value for the money.

We would without a doubt, travel with Trafalga again. Your guides and Drivers are professional, courteous, and caring people. Our lodgings were exceptional, along with a complete breakfast. The itinerary was well planned out, with just the right amount of break In between. The two presentations we had were top notch....a naturalist and a Mounty, both knowledge and humor were a part of their entertainment. Every detail seemed to be well covered. Many thanks!
Vacation
My husband and I went on a river raft trip down the river Near Jasper. It was an easy float trip, with just enough ripples in the Water to make things interesting. Our guides put us at ease, but still made the trip fun. Everyone was smiling from start to finish. Can't ask for More.
