Get your adventure started smoothly with airport transfer options available to and from your tour hotel on the first and last days of your itinerary for most European destinations on tours operated by Trafalgar, Insight Vacations, and Luxury Gold.

When you purchase your vacation and flights Land/Air Package with us, airport transfers on your trip’s arrival and departure day are complimentary at designated times for most operating brands. You can review all transfers, per operating brand, in the itinerary of the specific tour.

TRAFALGAR AIRPORT TRANSFERS
We want you to have as easy and convenient of a journey as possible, which is why we offer airport transfers to and from your tour hotel, on the first and last days of your itinerary, for most destinations. If you’re arriving earlier or leaving later than your scheduled itinerary dates, you can purchase your transfer from us, provided you’ve also bought your extra hotel night(s) through us.

INSIGHT VACATIONS AIRPORT TRANSFERS
If your arrival and/or departure flights are as per the itinerary start and end dates, then transfers are available at scheduled times. If your flights are outside these times, or you have booked additional nights accommodation with Insight Vacations, you may purchase transfers or make your own way from/to the airport.

LUXURY GOLD AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Airport transfers are included on your journey start and end dates, and where additional accommodation has been booked in advance through Luxury Gold. Transfers to train stations or alternate hotels, in the same start or end city as the itinerary, may be requested.

Luxury Gold also provides private door-to-door transfers. Before your trip, we will collect you from your front door to drive you to the airport. When you arrive, you’ll also enjoy a private transfer service to your hotel. At the end of your holiday, you will be greeted inside the terminal and escorted to your car for a smooth and comfortable journey directly back home.

The private door-to-door transfer service is available for all guests traveling in a party of three or fewer from and to the same address within a 50-mile radius of major international airports.
