I feel I was misled I asked about the walking and I was told that I would be dropped off at tour locations not have to walk in and walk out but seemed like miles I was putting more than 14,000 steps a day trying to get two different locations that's too much walking for someone who is disabled with bad knees. We also asked about bathrooms on the bus and we were told there were so but while we were on the bus we were told we only use those restrooms on the bus for emergency. So that wouldn't have suited the needs of my cousin. I had to call in several times to get my booking priced Right because I noticed that we requested travel insurance and it wasn't put in our itinerary so I had to call in and get several adjustments made during the booking process. And more information could have been given about the amount of walking the trip required and how fast paced it was.

Vacation

I enjoyed seeing the sites I saw. But it was an exhausting trip. The driver and the tour guide were great. I felt it was too fast pace for me if I would have known there was that much walking involved I wouldn't have done it. I find it hard to enjoy myself when I am completely tired out and in pain as I am disabled and I did ask these questions if there was a bunch of walking and I was not informed that there was so I was very dissatisfied being on a tour group when I probably could have arranged something else. I would not recommend such a tour group to anyone else for traveling. I don't know as if I'll ever try to attempt another one because this was nothing like I had expected.. More information should have been given about the amount of walking and transportation that you did provide to the sites in which we traveled. There wasn't a lot of free time it was mainly a history lesson as far as I'm concerned and I didn't want that I wanted to do some shopping see some sites and again I wasn't informed well enough because if I would have been more informed I wouldn't have went on it as this was my first one I was pretty much dissatisfied.

Great tour director as well as great driver. No complaints there! Included meals were not what we have been accustomed to with Insight Tours. Having to park the coach outside the city center and not at the hotel is an inconvenience, especially in bad weather conditions. We experienced a theft from our room at the Radisson Blu in Bruges and the hotel managepwas not very helpful. Otherwise, it was a good trip. We especially enjoyed the American Cemetery, Kinderkijk and Kukenhoff Gardens. Again, super tour director and coach driver!

Vacation

The pace was fast, but it was exactly what I wanted. This high-level tour allowed us to see many things around the UK-Ireland, so that we could plan our next trip on the places we liked best and spend more time there. Rose Brown was the very best! Everything ran on-time and there were no flight, transportation, hotel or venue issues. Very nice.

We had an excellent trip. The cuisine was tremendous and the service was first class in the dining room and the state room. The tours were informative, the onboard shows lots of fun and all three cruise directors did an excellent job. This why we will continue to travel with UniWorld.

I had a wonderful time. But if I would have known how time would have been I probably would’ve looked at a different place. Some of the places we had two days, could have been spent in other more interesting places. Not enough free time and better places to eat. Overall, the TD and the CD were outstanding! We couldn’t ask for a better staff. I would definitely recommend to people who want the constant movement to other places. I also didn’t appreciate not knowing about paying to use restrooms in advance or how Gypsies are everywhere. Some things that should be discussed in the future. BE MY GUEST was the best part of the trip. 😊 Thank you!
