GET is the best company to work with. This was my third river cruise I booked with them. Zach is wonderful to work with.

My trip was perfect. Our ship the S.S. Catherine was beautiful. The ship’s staff were wonderful. The food was delicious. My wallet fell out of my pocket book on the bus one day. The staff went above and beyond to help me get it back. They helped me block my credit cards until my wallet was returned the next day. Then they helped me unblock them. They were wonderful to me. Our trip was wonderful and the weather was perfect. The highlight of the trip for me was a visit to a Truffle Farm. That was an experience you can only get in the south of France. All and all this trip was perfect.

Everything great except the City Hotel in Brunnen, Switzerland. This place had no a/c and the worst breakfast I've even seen in a hotel. The tour guide and coach driver excellent, very well planned and they know their stuff.

Our tour guide (Jelle) and our driver (Florin) were both excellent and helped make this a memorable experience. The locations were fantastic, the hotels were great, and the local specialists were wonderful. This was my third tour with GET (Trafalgar) and I have already booked my fourth! I love that so many details are taken care of and that I thoroughly enjoy every aspect. Also, the optional experiences are a "must" item. You get so much more out of each trip.

We totally love Italy so would be difficult to give this trip a bad rating. Our guide throughout this trip, Antonella was so very informative and knowledgeable and helpful. Our bus driver Mauricio was with out a doubt fabulous I found it interesting that there were multiple days during our trip that were Italian holidays and so we were unable to go where we were supposed to go. I would have thought that the people that designed the trip would have taken that into account. Antonella deftly came up with different ideas to rectify this but it still seemed negligent on the part of Trafalgar. Most of the hotels were fine. 4 star questionable. The farm to table dinners we went to were super. We saw an incredible amount in a relatively short time. Thank you

The small group 15 start then 10, was just right for all the activities. The pricing was right for all the destinations and activities involved. It was however, surprising to have so many different tour guides. And it was totally unexpected to have to make so many "tip" payments to the different guides, scouts and van drivers. I understand about the high unemployment and how the tourist trade is essential to the African countries but the whole group was unprepared for the amount of $$ and rands that were needed. You could not use a credit card for any of the tips, nor for the many "traveling guides and entertainment groups" that expected some money from each person. Communication about that would be much better. Also a copy of the daily itinerary would have been helpful. Also a roster of the tour group would be appreciated for sharing pictures and contact after the trip.
