They were very informative and helpful.
The vacation was relaxing. The Tour Director was excellent. I expected more sights to see but unfortunately, did not. In conclusion, it was not a very interesting tour. I have to comment on the food, all the restaurants were exceptional and served really delicious food. and the hotels were top notch.
Response from Grand European Travel:

Constant communication and friendly staff answering my silly questions
So much to see and explore thus wished we’d have more time at certain stops. Love Notre Dame visit.

The contract with Trafalgar proved to be an excellent land tour! The guide, Jen Hirtle, was excellent! Moving from land into the cruise was well organized! We were well informed of everything as we moved along! We were quite pleased with the entire trip!
Received discount for AARP, repeat traveler and early payment which always helps retirees on fixed incomes! The trip was worth the cost!

Would prefer seeing and doing more than riding in the bus. Like more time in places so that you can it.
Response from Grand European Travel:
This trip does cover a lot of ground and there is quite a bit of driving in between cities. We are sorry it wasn't to your liking, but hope there were some highlights for you along the way.

Have taken many tours with Grand European, but this didn't have many points of interest although Canada is extremely clean I felt like I was in the US

Yes, I would book with them again. The reason I did not give it a 5 is because we were always on the wrong side of the hotel. Our view consisted of a hotel under construction, a view of a neighborhood. We went to see the Falls from our hotel, and that did not happen.
The reservation process was perfect. Kaitoin Fitzpatrick. (ext. 220) was great and very very helpful. The reservation process was painless. Thanks.

Your website for entering the necessary information required for completing our trip registration "sucked". I entered information as requested but the site would not save the information. Your representative had to enter the information on their end. If the system won't save the information, why request I enter it?
Response from Grand European Travel:
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and have let our IT/Marketing department know about the issues with the issues you experienced during online registration. We hope the trip was memorable for you despite the glitches prior to travel.

Once a deposit was made, there was no additional communication by the representative. Payment was due by a certain date in order to receive a discount on the trip total. But, we had to remember the date on our own...it was like you wanted us to miss the deadline so we would have to pay the full amount. It was good thing one of us kept track of the date to remind the rest of us.
