Vacation
The Grand Italian Experience was an amazing trio. I know there is much more to explore, but I feel I got to see a lot of Italy. From Rome to Positano to the Isle of Capri, Pompeii, Venice, Pisa, Milan, Lake Cuomo, Florence, Cinque Terre, the Dolomites, Vatican City, and so much more. We really covered a lot of sights. And our tour director, Anna, was amazing. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. And, she was the most fashionable tour director I have ever traveled with (and this was my 9th trip with Trafalgar). Anna made the trip so much fun! The bus driver, Max, can put a bus in places I can't put a car! And our well-being director, Frederica, was also fantastic! We had an amazing trip with an amazing team taking care of us.

Great coomunication & insight about the trip, plus the ease of making all arrangements for the trip including airfare. Alyssa was spot on with information & was super easy to get a hold if there were any questions our follwups.
Vacation
Overall we enjoyed the tour, it was fast paced & very long days. If it wasn't for the Tour Director, Roberto Astaira, this trip would have gotten a 2-star rating. Did & experienced a lot of new things & places, would do it again ONLY if Roberto was the Tour Director!

My travel companions made the reservations and then I followed up with a Specialist with my information. I also contacted your Specialist for some information regarding my trip. They were very helpful when contacted. We made arrangements nine months before travel, my only complaint was that I needed to know specifics time an dates for arrival (in Milan) to book a tour but by the time I received the info the tour was full. As a matter of fact, it was booked 6 months. If I had that info available I could have booked the tour and that was one of the main reasons I was interested in Milan and Italy. The painting of the Last Supper, which was a major disappointment. If and when I go back, I have to be more specific on what I want to see.

This was my first experience traveling with Trafalgar. It was a little pricey but worth the added cost. Our Travel Director Danilo was exceptional. 5 plus stars for him.
