My travel companions made the reservations and then I followed up with a Specialist with my information. I also contacted your Specialist for some information regarding my trip. They were very helpful when contacted. We made arrangements nine months before travel, my only complaint was that I needed to know specifics time an dates for arrival (in Milan) to book a tour but by the time I received the info the tour was full. As a matter of fact, it was booked 6 months. If I had that info available I could have booked the tour and that was one of the main reasons I was interested in Milan and Italy. The painting of the Last Supper, which was a major disappointment. If and when I go back, I have to be more specific on what I want to see.

This was my first experience traveling with Trafalgar. It was a little pricey but worth the added cost. Our Travel Director Danilo was exceptional. 5 plus stars for him.

Excellent tour of Italy. All connections were first class, tour director, driver, local specialist made this an exceptional vacation. One glitch had the group changing hotels at the last minute. Trafalgar stepped up and made it right. Will definitely look to this tour group in the future.

I believe we would use them again. It was touch and go as to weather or not we were actually going this trip because of the timing of Hurricane Irma. Fortunately the Orlando Airport opened operation and Our American flight was a go. When we contacted Grand European as to if our trip was a go or not they just said we would have to contact the airlines. I always always of the mind that travel services did that for you. Bottom line we had a wonderful trip to Italy!!

Everything discribed in the brochure came to life daily on the 18 day tour . Our travel specialist, Rob was extremely helpful planning our trip .
Vacation
The tour it self was exceptional and worth every penny . However the hotel breakfasts and hotel tour dinners were unacceptable. Poor quality of food in most hotels . In some instances at breakfast it was like feeding cattle with several tour groups being feed at the same time . The quality of food should be improved. The side trips were worth the extra money . In some cases the hotels should be upgraded .
