Booking ok. The Tour was not supported well during a major forest fire that closed down the destination which lead to a low class motel for a night!
Response from Grand European Travel:
Our ground team was monitoring the situation with the fires at all times and they would never put any guests in harms way. The contracted hotels were not available due to the fire and the group did have to be moved to a lesser property for safety reasons. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I became I’ll on a 90 degree day in Banf I had food poisoning symptoms. When I came to the bus he said to walk to the hotel. O offer of taxi or ride. I know he did not want me on the bus. It took 45 minutes to reach the hotel, a friend accompanied me When the bus returned he did not even check on my well being or arrival. Never again GET
