GET put together a great tour of Ireland that had an excellant Tour Director (Cerri) & Bus Driver (Adian), that brought us into places we would have never thought of going ourselves. It was great to sit back and enjoy the beautiful country side, and listen to stories that made the history of this country. They say tht there are 37 shades of green in Ireland, Get made it possible for us to see them all!
Great bang for the buck! Disappointed with American Airlines. They cancelled flight and we missed first 2.5 days of our tour. Glad we took out the insurance plan, hoping to get some $$$$ back that we lost in out of pocket and catching up with our tour. Recommend in future if taking a tour 1) take the Insurance...2) plan in a few days in the front of the vacation in case of delays occur!

It was very easy to book but we didn’t find out we were going for sure till 40 days before we were leaving. We had our flights all booked from the time we booked the tour 6 months out.
This is my first tour and it was great. I would book again with GET Tours. Our tour manager, James was very professional, informative, and has a great sense of humor. Aidan was s great driver. I never worried about the roads or our safety as we were in great hands with him at the wheel.

'GET' booking service was very professional. But Aer Lingus service is 'el cheapo'. One has to pay for drinks which are usually free on international flights. It was an excellent, well-paced tour with good coverage of Ireland, the emerald isle. Hotels were nice and comfortable, except the one in Ballina which could use some repair (slow-running, tepid warm water took half an hour to fill the bathtub). We had the best tour guide ever (Mr. James Creegan) who was extremely personable, efficient and attentive. He made the whole trip worthwhile. I would travel with him anywhere.
See my rave review in response to the previous question. (Poor design of questionnaire by feefo.com does not allow editing of comments)

This Irish Wonders tour was really wonderful. It was very well arranged and organized from scratch. The hotels, the food, the scenery, the tour director, the places that we visited, the group of tourists from various parts of the world, even the weather which can be very unpredictable in Ireland!

I would both recommend them & buy from them again. Specialist went out of her way to get me the best-priced flight.
I had the best time ever on this trip! My group had the best tour director ever. I learned so much Irish history from her and feel that she really "made the whole trip." We saw all the most important things of interest in Ireland & the accommodations were very good. The optional events were also very good. (The bus driver was also excellent.)
Response from Grand European Travel:
You can't get any better than that! We are so happy you enjoyed the wonders of Ireland. We hope to be able to help you plan another trip very soon!

For the most part , customer service was good. That first phone call, customer service was very patient to all my questions. Calling back with other concerning questions took greater effort. High volume of callers I’m sure. Left messages for return calls. Called back to speak to another representative. Informed individual was not working that day. Timing is important. Another representative should pickup when others are not available. Missed desired dates that was at a lower price. Later offered a different date but there was no assurance of a confirmed service. Another was finally set. Everything did go very well afterwards. My wife and I had a beautiful experience. We have leftover Euros that are now seed money for our next trip next year.
Once passed security in Ireland, everything scheduled by tour coordinator was professionally done. Director and bus driver worked as a team. Clear instructions were given, multiple times, history and humor kept all interested awaiting each destination. The coach driver, also a professional, placed all at ease with his experience and calmness though the many very narrow roads.
