Service
Randy Fay did an outstanding job with arrangements and logistics, very responsive, helpful and courteous.
Vacation
Hotels and transportation were excellent, couldn't be more pleased. Group meals were fun but there was considerable variability in quality. San moritz was a disappointment, the extra day could have been better spent at any of the other destinations, which were all excellent. Carl Eggeling did an excellent job.
